3. Service Description
Caldera Wren provides anomaly detection consulting services to operations and engineering teams. Our current service offerings, as published on this website, include:
- Pattern Review — a review of a sample dataset to identify irregular patterns and produce a written summary with detection recommendations. Priced at RM 620.
- Detection Setup — configuration of detection thresholds, an alert view, and a training session for operations staff. Priced at RM 1,780.
- Operations Watch Programme — a broader engagement covering multiple data streams, review cycles, and a maintenance handbook. Priced at RM 2,980.
Service descriptions are indicative. The precise scope of any engagement is confirmed in a written Scope of Work prior to commencement. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Scope of Work and Engagement Process
No service work begins until a written Scope of Work has been agreed. This document will set out the specific deliverables, the data or access required from the client, the expected timeline, and the fixed fee.
Changes to an agreed Scope of Work require written agreement from both parties before additional work is carried out. We will not proceed with out-of-scope work without confirming a revised fee and timeline.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute an engagement, a commitment from either party, or an obligation to proceed with any service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the Scope of Work for each engagement. As a general guide:
- For the Pattern Review: full payment is due before work commences.
- For the Detection Setup and Operations Watch Programme: a deposit may be required upon agreement, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is accepted by bank transfer to our nominated account, details of which will be provided in the Scope of Work or invoice.
Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled. We reserve the right to charge reasonable interest on overdue amounts in accordance with Malaysian law.
6. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to carry out services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide the data, access, and information specified in the Scope of Work in a timely manner.
- Ensure that any data shared with us does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Designate a point of contact responsible for communication and approvals during the engagement.
- Review and provide feedback on interim deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Not use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm our systems or reputation.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with a service engagement. This includes operational data, internal processes, detection configurations, and business information.
We will not share client data, findings, or engagement details with third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law or regulation.
Confidentiality obligations survive the conclusion of any engagement for a period of three (3) years unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design elements, and structure — is the property of Caldera Wren and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Deliverables produced as part of a service engagement (such as written summaries, configuration documents, and handbooks) are transferred to the client upon full payment, except for any underlying methodologies, frameworks, or tools belonging to Caldera Wren, which remain our property.
Client data shared with us for the purpose of service delivery remains the property of the client at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Caldera Wren's total liability to you in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with our services or this website.
11. Termination

We encourage informal resolution of any disputes in the first instance. If you have a concern, please contact us before initiating any formal process.
13. General Provisions

- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
