Caldera Wren surfaces unusual patterns in operational data through calm, readable detection services. No alarm bells — just clear information your team can act on.

3 active service tiers

Our Detection Services

Three service tiers designed around where your team is now — from a first look at your data through to an ongoing watch programme.

Why Teams Choose Caldera Wren

We keep things readable. Our approach means your team spends less time interpreting alerts and more time responding to what actually matters.

Readable Outputs

Every detection result is presented as a plain, structured panel. No cryptic scores, no unexplained thresholds — just clear context your team can read in seconds.

Low-Noise Configuration

Thresholds are set with care. We tune detection so your team receives alerts when something genuinely warrants attention — not at every routine fluctuation.

Built for Operations Leads

Our services are designed for people running operations and engineering workflows — not data scientists. Explanations are grounded in operational language your team already uses.

Written Deliverables

Each engagement ends with a written summary or handbook. Something your team can return to, share internally, and build from — not just a verbal debrief.

Steady, Measured Approach

We don't raise alarms for their own sake. Our process surfaces what needs attention in a measured way, so your team stays focused rather than reactive.

Based in Kuala Lumpur

Our team works from KL Eco City. We understand the operational context of businesses running in Malaysia and can meet in person when a session is more productive face-to-face.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Tell us a little about your data and what your team is trying to watch for. We'll suggest a sensible starting point — no commitment needed at that stage.

Common Questions

Straight answers to questions we hear most from operations and engineering teams.

What kind of data does Caldera Wren work with?
We work with structured operational data — logs, time-series figures, throughput records, and similar datasets that operations or engineering teams generate day-to-day. We review a sample during Pattern Review to assess whether your data is in a usable form and discuss any preparation steps if needed.
How long does each service typically take?
Pattern Review is usually completed within one week of receiving your data sample. Detection Setup takes two to three weeks, including the training session. The Operations Watch Programme is structured as an ongoing engagement with an initial setup phase of three to four weeks, followed by regular review cycles.
Do we need a technical team to use your services?
Not for Pattern Review or Detection Setup. These services are designed so that an operations lead with no specialist data background can follow and use the outputs. The Operations Watch Programme benefits from having someone internally who can manage data exports, but we'll walk through what that involves during the initial discussion.
What is included in the Detection Setup training session?
The session covers how to read the alert view, what each threshold represents, and how to distinguish a genuine anomaly from routine variation. We run through sample scenarios so your team feels comfortable acting on what they see — typically conducted in person at your office or remotely, depending on your preference.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. We only use your data for the specific engagement you've agreed to, and we do not share it with third parties. Before any data is exchanged, we're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if your organisation requires one.
Can we start with Pattern Review and move to a higher tier later?
That's the approach many teams take. Pattern Review gives both sides a clear picture of your data and where detection would be most useful. If you then decide to move to Detection Setup or the Watch Programme, the review findings carry forward and we don't repeat work that's already been done.
